Hi, ordered food today and one of the items was Chicken tikka. It was half cooked and complained to restaurant about it. They agreed to replace it. But took almost 50 mins to replace it. Moreover they send the delivery person to wrong address. Pathetic food and delivery. Same with Chicken tandoori almost 3 months ago. The food was almost burnt. I did compain that time. But this time it is not acceptable. Myra will known for food quality, but it is getting detoriating. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Date: 14th July, Sunday Time: Around 6:10 PM I visited Myra Dining and Bar and had a highly disappointing and unhygienic experience. I ordered a Green Apple Magic Moments Vodka. There were already flies flying around the area, which was concerning. To make matters worse, I found one fly inside my glass. When I asked the waiter to clear the glass, he neither cleared it nor served me another drink. When I insisted on replacing the drink, he outright denied my request. This behavior is clearly unprofessional and highlights a serious lapse in hygiene standards at this establishment. The overall environment was not well-maintained, making the dining experience unpleasant. Such negligence in customer service and cleanliness is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if they value their health and expect basic courtesy. This incident reflects poorly on Myra Dining and Bar, and I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these serious issues.
