The signature dish is the Chocolate Fondant, which is a must-try. Other recommended dishes include the Butter Kulcha, Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani, Pepper Chicken, and Drums of Heaven. The desserts are also quite delicious, with the Mud Cake with Ice Cream being a favorite. Prices are reasonable for the quality of food served. I have been a regular customer of My Place Restaurant since 2018 and have always appreciated the food and service, which is why I continued to visit your restaurant regularly. However, during my recent visits, I have noticed a significant increase in prices along with a clear decline in food taste and overall quality. When I politely enquired about this, the response given by the Owner, Mr. Anand, and his brother was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I was told that “the service will be like this” and was advised to “go to a better restaurant” if I was not satisfied. I also mentioned that my family members were feeling hesitant and uncomfortable due to these issues, to which the response given was, “then why are you coming here?” Such statements are highly inappropriate and deeply disrespectful to customers. These responses are unacceptable, especially towards a long-standing customer. The tone and manner of communication made it feel as though customers are being treated casually and without basic respect. Additionally, the service staff are often engaged with their mobile phones and do not pay attention to customers even when called, which further worsens the dining experience. While price increases may be understandable due to market conditions, a decline in taste, poor service attitude, and disrespectful responses are not. Customer feedback should be handled professionally and constructively, not dismissed. I am sharing this feedback with the sincere hope that the management will take corrective action and restore the quality and service standards that originally made this restaurant popular.
