Not sure why this restaurent is reviewed so highly in Zomato. Went there with my family, food was bad. Service was super bad - 40-50 minutes to get food and billing was weird. They didn't accept Zomato payment even when restaurent is listed. Will try not to go again.

Food was bad, service was worse and billing was worst. Staff was not friendly, and they asked for credit card payment and not accepted Zomato payment saying it is their rule even when restaurent is listed. Please don't spend your hard earned money here. We stopped by for lunch at MySouth, Radisson based on the good reviews and we were left quite disappointed with the cold and unenthusiastic service. The atmosphere was wonderful - tastefully done up and a live Carnatic violinist performance. The set thali was ok- fluffy soft Malabar paranthas and Mysore Pak were the highlights. The service was dismissal - not not at all attentive. We had to repeatedly asking for dishes to be served. Remind them to serve sambar of rice was served. Nobody asked us if we wanted refills in an apparently unlimited thali service. No water refills were offered. The wait staff all but disappeared unless called for. And reminding a server Preeti about a 20 min delay in something led to excuses followed by glaring looks at our table for the rest of the afternoon. Disappointed to see this level of service with a premium hospitality brand of Radisson. Will definitely advise folks to give MySouth a skip. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
