Report incorrect information
1. The manager of the restaurant sent us a local bill without any GST number or receipt number.
2. We wanted to pay via card. The manager lied to us continuously saying that the machine is not working. When I insisted he got quite angry and said that he would keep my card with him in case I do not pay in cash. However the machine was working and the other waiters did tell me that there were many payments made prior to our entering the restaurant.
3. The bill (attached image) also had a severe calculation error. The actual bill amount was 1300 whereas the calculation showed 2200. To which we opposed and the manager changed the amount and sent the bill to us.
Now what does this signify? This just told me that the manager probably wanted to keep the cash with him and that too an overcharged amount. He was under an impression that we would not notice the calculation and would not pay much attention to it.
I think post all of this I was not satisfied with the service as well as the quality of food at this so called religious restaurant called ‘MY GOVINDAS’.
I would certainly not recommend anyone to visit this place cze the foods actual cost is nothing, it is the service, ambience and quality that we pay money for.
