Restaurant didn't accept the order.and I got an information that valet will place the order on my behalf, so after 1 hr he said that he is placing the order now and it will take another 1 hr to deliver food.
I asked him to cancel the order ,I got threatened by Zomato that I would be penalised in next order for cancellation of food.
Zomato u meant that I should bloody wait for 2 hrs to get my order confirmed. What kind of service is that and customer care tells me that I should call the restaurant and place the order.
After few minutes I see thanks order has been delivered wowwww how is that .
Keep your attitude with your self Zomato.
Swiggy is far better than Zomato.
