Extremely poor service . They seem to be severely understaffed as well . Food takes eons to come and it wasn’t the tastiest I’ve eaten . Very underwhelmed given the fact that this is sitting inside a supposedly five star hotel . Never coming back again . Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400

Service is very bad. No one cares about your request and orders. I had ordered for biriyani, which arrived after requesting it twice. Every other guest seems to have the same problem too. They take forever. But however, the food is great and delicious Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600

Cafe mercara @ITC chola Chennai superb property...food is great .food taste is great freshly made . Service should be little prompt. Rates are ok as per five star property Ample parking available keep in and out gate in mind both are at different corners! Enjoy your visit Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800
