Very bad experience, by heart we don't recommend to place order for any items, very rudely talk with the customer, Kelly's husband or man was also talked in very bad manner too. Charges of cakes are very high and qualities are very very bad. The dry fruits are nor eatable too. Costumer can be sick after eating and need to go to the doctor. They do not have store and dealing from home. They are calling Costumer on road and delivering product. Very very bad manners. Pl don't order anything to this people.

We're deeply disappointed by this false review. As a home-grown bakery, we’ve always strived to deliver quality products and warm services. Unfortunately, some individuals try to exploit home bakery especially led by young women, assuming we won't speak up. This particular customer consumed 60–70% of the cake and still demanded a refund even when the product had no issue which we checked too — which is unacceptable and unfair. When we refused, they started shouting, it was deeply hurtful. We do not run a store yet, but we maintain hygiene, professionalism, and customer satisfaction with utmost care. Many of our loyal customers can vouch for our quality and service. We stand by our work and won’t allow anyone to misuse their voice to bring down hardworking home bakers and women entrepreneurs. We strive to provide our best products always.

Absolutely recommend 10/10! Kelly is very artistic and creative. The cake was super delicious and the design was exactly like we wanted & customized to our need. The service of the cake and her professional and friendly approach made everything super smooth for us. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
