Mr Rinku, All your claims about the food is baseless and not true. When you raised concerns about the food in the restaurant, the restaurant management checked the food that was served to you and found absolutely no issue. You and your group had one modus operandi that we got to know. 'eat all the food' and at last claim that the food was not good and claim hefty discount. If no issue is found and discount is not given, give a 1 star rating in google'. Restaurant owners beware. Do not allow this guy and his group in your restaurant. They are cheaters. If the chicken was bad, how you and your group ate all the chicken, leaving behind only the bones on the plate. Can bad chicken be ever eaten? The management also showed you the receipt of our chicken which was in the evening and you had come for dinner. So the chicken got bad in 2 hours? Funny. We served around 12 chicken dishes that evening. No guests had any complain. Rather we have got very good feedbacks. And we have also delivered chicken dishes in Zomato that evening. And you know our Zomato rating has gone up from 4.1 to 4.4 in the last 4 days. And we are getting good rating by serving bad food, isn't it? So funny. Mr. Rinku, you and your group wanted boneless chicken in bhuna chicken. Is it written in our menu that bhuna chicken comes in boneless? still, just to serve your need the restaurant gave 2 extra boneless pieces. So chicken was bad and you are demanding more chicken...lol..The lady who accompanied you was rude and disturbing the other guests. We talked to the police. Police guided that if it happens again then we have to call police to handle guests like the lady who had come with you. However there are two issues you mentioned that we want to clarify. 1. No water was coming in the basin. --We have two basins, if water is not coming in one basin, then use the other basin. simple common sense. When the GM talked to you, he told you the same thing. -- We have new electricity connection coming in. Work is on progress. We are using generator. For the last few days we are on generator and it is just fine. As it is a garden restaurant, due to rain sometimes the current goes up and down but max for a min and it comes back. Guests are quite ok with that till now. But we are trying to give our guests the best experience as much as we can. We didn't serve the food in 3 hours, rather you spent an extra hour arguing with us to give hefty discounts, which was outrightly rejected. And yes the Lachha paratha, it is made up of 100% wheat and not refined flour. Please educate yourself. Try making a lachha paratha in wheat and get that to us. If that paratha comes better than this, we will return double the amount that you have spent. Remember wheat based lachha parathas come flaky and crispy. We make one of the best wheat based lachha paratha in town and is famous for that. You are lucky that it is Bhubaneswar and you escaped. If it would have been in metro, their security would have taken care of you and your group and would have handed over you to police. Learn how to behave properly in public places. And if you cannot afford to eat good food, please go to the roadside chapris. And yes, learn how to write proper english. Updated after your recent response.
