I WhatsApp Muthu Mess for the first time with an enquiry and did not receive any response at all. This clearly shows a lack of respect and value for customers. When a business shares a WhatsApp number online, at least a basic reply is expected. Due to no response, we placed an order for 25 veg meals from Hotel Saravana Bhavan at ₹160 per meal + Kesari instead. If you are not interested in responding to customer enquiries, it’s better not to display contact details online. All the best for your future.
