Dear Mustard by Midtown Management, I recently dined at your restaurant and wanted to share my experience honestly, with the hope it helps improve the overall customer experience. 1. Food Quality & Preparation Dal Tadka: Extremely disappointing. The taste was so off—honestly, even someone cooking at home (or a house help) could do a better job. Garlic Noodles: Bland and uninspiring. The garlic flavor was virtually absent. Mushroom Do Pyaza: Average at best—not the standout dish I was hoping for. Pyaz Roti: Took far too long to arrive. By the time it came, it lost its warmth and appeal. Overall, the quality and consistency of the food felt lacking compared to what the restaurant’s reputation suggests. 2. Service & Timing Service was notably poor and inattentive. Waitstaff seemed disorganized—orders were slow to arrive, and there didn’t seem to be a priority in serving tables evenly. Even though the ambiance is nice according to other reviews, our experience was hampered by these service lapses. 3. Overall Impression While I understand Mustard by Midtown has earned praise for its ambience and multi‑cuisine options .We wanted to book for a wedding so we visited. But turned out to be the worst. Thankfully we did not book it in the first go! the execution on the day I visited didn’t measure up. The high expectations set by its standing in Hisar were unfortunately unmet, given the lack of flavor, poor service, and delayed service. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
Highly overrated!! The sizzler was so sweet that it felt like someone could get diabetes after eating it; after just two spoons, it wouldn’t go down the throat at all. It was the worst food experience ever—highly disappointing and not recommended for anyone. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Service from the Management was Poor of the Poor. Staff are incompatible of taking order and serving order on time. They serve only specific tables. Cost belongs to higher side but Quality and Service of Management on poor side. Newer plan to come in Mustard if family members more than 5. They can't provide Food on time as well as they can't provide proper Vessels.
