My encounters with this food company MVN have been nothing short of a nightmare. To call their service unreliable would be a gross understatement. They have repeatedly failed to uphold the most basic aspect of their business – timely delivery. It's as if punctuality and customer commitments are mere afterthoughts to them. My requests, no matter how reasonable, were met with complete disregard, as if my opinion held no value. The staff's rudeness has left a bitter taste in my mouth, worse than any of their so-called "meals." Speaking of meals, let's address their culinary atrocities. The food quality has consistently plummeted to new lows. I've encountered chicken so undercooked that it could pass as a health hazard, vegetables in such sparse quantities that they might as well have been nonexistent, and sauces that are about as elusive as their sense of accountability. It's bewildering how a food company can manage to mess up such basic components of a meal. Adding insult to injury is the absolute audacity of their staff. The condescension, dismissive attitudes, and sheer lack of common courtesy exhibited by their team members are astounding. Their behavior towards customers is a stark reminder of their complete disconnect from the principles of customer service. I am utterly frustrated and appalled by the countless instances of incompetence and negligence that I have endured.
