On the advice of my friend, I went to Murlidhar Dalbati to try dalbati. When I saw his dhaba, I did not like it very much. Everything seemed packed, it was good in cleanliness and then I ordered dalbati. It took some time for my order to come and I had dalbati. Tasted it but I did not like the taste of Rajasthani dalbati at all. The taste of dal seemed like dalfray to me. According to my taste, I did not like it. There was no spicy taste in the dal.
