The terrific service demonstrates a high level of quality at MURALI HOTEL. You will pay attractive prices for dishes. The pretty atmosphere is to be found here. Very Poor Service – Wrong Parcel and Rude Response We ordered porotta with beef curry and chicken curry from Murali Hotel, Haripad, as a parcel. However, after reaching home, we found that instead of beef curry, they had packed egg curry. When we called the hotel to inform them, the owner himself answered the call but responded rudely, saying it was *our responsibility* to check the parcel before leaving. When we asked how that could be our responsibility, he reluctantly agreed to send the correct curry home — but only after an hour. Even then, the service and attitude were very poor. Extremely disappointed. Will not recommend or visit again Service: Delivery Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I would not go this place. Once it used to be amazing but recently I went with a group of 4. Order their oonu (meals) and biryani. All below average. Thank god I did not take parcel though I wanted to.
