Try tasty fried fish, roasted duck and roast beef. This restaurant serves delicious tea, coffee or juice. The creative staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. If you want to enjoy spectacular service, you should go to MURALI HOTEL. A number of reviewers note that the dishes have average prices. The nice atmosphere is what this place is about. But many guests who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

Very Poor Service – Wrong Parcel and Rude Response We ordered porotta with beef curry and chicken curry from Murali Hotel, Haripad, as a parcel. However, after reaching home, we found that instead of beef curry, they had packed egg curry. When we called the hotel to inform them, the owner himself answered the call but responded rudely, saying it was *our responsibility* to check the parcel before leaving. When we asked how that could be our responsibility, he reluctantly agreed to send the correct curry home — but only after an hour. Even then, the service and attitude were very poor. We decided to try this restaurant in Haripad town, located right opposite the KSRTC Bus Stand, after hearing many good reviews. Parking was surprisingly easy to find, even with a lot of vehicles around. We opted for the A/C room upstairs. My mom had the meals, which unfortunately she didn't enjoy, finding most of the curries, including the fish curry, not to her taste. My chicken biryani was just okay, though the egg in it was definitely the highlight! I'm not sure if this was just an off day for the food, as we'd heard so many positive things. On the brighter side, the service was good. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I would not go this place. Once it used to be amazing but recently I went with a group of 4. Order their oonu (meals) and biryani. All below average. Thank god I did not take parcel though I wanted to.
