Hi, We have plenty of Diabetic customers who are our regular for over 2+ years. We used to use erythritol earlier, but now use a Diabetic friendly unprocessed sugar that has a GI less than 55. We are constantly sampling with healthier sugarfree options available too. We are sad to hear what you felt about our desserts, and apologise for the inexperience. Regards LCC
