I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the vada pav I ordered from Mumbaiya Vada Pav. The item received was not fresh and had a sandy, gravel-like texture that resulted in an unpleasant and crunchy sensation while chewing. This raises concerns about the hygiene and quality standards being maintained. The experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I am therefore requesting a full refund for the order and would appreciate it if the item could be returned. Kindly look into this matter urgently and ensure such incidents are not repeated in the future.
