Being from Mumbai, I’ve often been disappointed by the taste of online pav available outside the city—it just doesn’t match the real thing and usually ends up ruining the taste of the dishes it accompanies. But thanks to Mumbai Bakery, I finally found the perfect, authentic pav that truly reminded me of home! The pav was fresh, soft, and had that signature Mumbai touch. It elevated every dish I tried it with—be it Pav Bhaji, Burji Pav, or Keema Pav. Highly recommended to anyone craving that original Mumbai pav experience! The best part? You can simply place your order via WhatsApp, and by the next day, the pav is ready for pickup or can be delivered conveniently via Porter. Very poor service. I made the payment immediately and shared the receipt, but was repeatedly told I hadn’t paid. Even after confirming on call, next day I was again accused of non-payment during pickup. I had to show the receipt twice and insist they check their own records at the exact time. Only then did they admit they received the payment and handed over the item. Unprofessional and frustrating experience. Not expected at all. Now talking about attitude: You are delivering goods for which we pay you U r not doing a favour on us.. Speak to customers ethically on phone Service: 1
