We have ordered and visited Mulukh quite a few times. We generally have a decent experience. But our recent visit really left us really irritated. We ordered our usual dishes which were the chicken Sukha and the chicken handi. The manager took our order and then sent out the chicken sukha and a chicken malwani instead of the chicken handi. When we asked him which dish had he sent out, he outright lied to us and said that the dish he had given us was the chicken handi, just that he had given the rasa separately to us. When we told him we were regulars and we knew that he had given us the malwani instead of the handi, he owned up and told us that he took a unilateral decision to send us the malwani because it would “pair better” with the sukha. We understand a mistake can be made. But then to lie to your customers to make up for that mistake isn’t right. We like the food, but it was a very disappointing experience overall.

Sir really Sorry that you had to face this issue at our outlet. We take utmost care to deliver best food to our guests. I completely understand that it was our staff's mistake to serve you wrong order and then giving not acceptable excuse. Thank you for bringing this to notice. We will definitely take corrective actions and make sure that it won't happen with anyone henceforth.
