Mulk usually has great food and decent service. Yesterday however we faced many issues with the restaurant. Including hygiene, seating, food taste & quality as well as service.The Tamatar ka shorba we ordered came in a soup bowl STAINED WITH LIPSTICK probably from the previous person they served food in the bowl. MAJOR HYGIENE ISSUE FOR A RESTAURANT THAT CHARGES PREMIUM RATES. (attaching pic for proof)Veg Sabzi Miloni ordered tasted stale and when complained about the same the servers and manager all came to argue & "explain" how the sabzi is made. The service was pathetic with rude servers except one who salvaged the night. Had to ask for tissues, plates, cutlery, water all 3-5 times before they were finally brought to us. This on a night when they had a very minimal crowd as compared to the usual where they have a full-house!As soon as we entered we were seated bang next to the door and told the staff that we're not comfortable here, please help us change the tables. Despite there being several empty tables they said, all tables are reserved, we'll change your table once any other table is empty. Post that, no one bothered to change the table despite the whole restaurant being empty and when finally we told them that this request was made; the manager said "but you had started eating so we assumed you did not want to change the table."All in all, our Christmas dinner was ruined and the staff couldn't bother less.Needs urgent work or will end up losing patrons who've been loyal to them for years.
