Visited at lunch time during office hours. Wanted something light and really loved the taste of their chole bhature. They were made fresh on demand and served one by one hot. Recently, we tried their chole bhature, rajma chawal, chole kulcha, and samosa chat. I loved the samosa chat the most; its sweet and tangy taste was an absolute banger in the mouth. I was pleasantly surprised by the wheat kulcha, which was so marshmallow-soft. I’ve had kulchas before, but this was something different. The chole reminded me of my Punjabi friend’s mom’s cooking, which I totally love—it had the perfect spices and was cooked to an amazing consistency. Lastly, the rajma chawal was also good, with a milder spice level if your gut needs a little relief.Each dish was accompanied by some green chutney, onions, chilies, lemon, and pickle. To wrap up the meal, we had rabri kheer, which was perfectly sweet—I don’t enjoy overly sweet desserts, so it was a great way to finish.This is now my go-to spot for Punjabi chole.
