This was by far my worst online food delivery experience. Had ordered for Veg Combo Thali which had Veg Kebab, Dal Makhani, Rice, Tandoori Roti, Butter Milk and Dessert. And not one of these items were fine. Starting with Kebabs, they tasted very stale, cold and hard to bite into. Dal Makhani was as liquidy as possible and with a pungent taste. The texture of rice was so bad that I felt like either am eating Artificial plastic rice or it is uncooked. The Tandoori Roti was cold and rubbery. The butter milk tasted horrible with high quantity of salt. The dessert was the worst of them all. From looks itself it seemed of extremely low grade. A chunk of brownie, hard and raw, thrown in a cheap quality chocolate-sauce. One bite I took and threw it.
The story doesn't end here. The packaging they used is another blunder. The plate sealed with really strong cello-tape that I spent good 5-10 minutes opening it and took a lot of effort. Especially the butter milk glass, so many layers of tape that while opening, most of it got spilled on me.
Never going to order from here. Ever !
