For some reasons they stopped giving khuboos and spicy shawarma, which is letting down and left us dissatisfied. There should always be progressive not the other way. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Worst service. The taste of the Mutton briyani is so bad and I don't know why they are charging more than Rs.250.Ambience in the restaurant is very bad.With only less crowd for taking a order they need 20 mins.No mineral water bottle available .Person sitting in the cash counter took 5 minutes to give the balance amount.Overall experience is worst. Today I ordered half grill chicken and chicken biryani, but they are cheating customers by providing low quantity of pieces, 2 pieces normal size 2 pieces of very very small sizes, not worth of half grill chicken I compared to another hotel grilled chicken quantity. when I complaint to them they are not giving proper answer, I paid money, but they didn't provide correct quantity,so don't order here, just blindly trust by hotel name,compared to this hotel buy from normal small hotels are best, you will get good service and correct quantity of food for paid money. Taste wise Biriyani very bad, compared to this local shop biriyani taste are awesome, very very worst Anifa Biriyani, Periyakulam. I Never Ever ate this kind of low quality and bad taste biriyani in my life. Taste 0/100 Plz don't go or order here.only our money will waste.
