The six murgh galauti kebabs had a falafel like flavour. Though a little burnt, the kebabs' spice blend led by the prominent bay leaf were aromatic and had a distinctly good taste. Small bite sized ulte tawa rotis (personally prefer over oily parathas) were given alongwith green chutney and vinegar onions. The gulab jamuns were made in a thin syrup and were not overtly sweet.
