We were 10 members all total such a pathetic service , staff behaviour uncooperative as the owner was not there they were so careless We ordered Mutton afghani he noted the same they served chicken afghani then they changed the dish it took 20 mins more We went there at 9:45 it was almost 10:50 they didn't served us rice which we ordered before 30 minutes, later We walked away. They were not sorry about such behaviour I always prefer this place but such a bad experience this time Poorest service Service: 2

Dear Customer, sorry hear that you faced delay in service, we sincerely apologised, However after verifying from the CCTV we found that, your starter reached within 15min, after the starter the main course which also served with in 10 min , the change of dish form chicken to mutton also within 5min , your first Rice order was also served on time, the problem is when you placed the repeat order of 1 and half rice which was delayed because the rice was in preparation process, the captain had informed you about this, some time this happened because we have avoid food wastage as the restaurant closing is Near, If you placed order at the time of your first order, this delay not happened, however we sincerely apologise and take care of this next time

The service wasn't good. Even though we packed our remaining food, leaving a lot of gravy and pieces, the parcel of remaining food they gave us contained only gravy. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Fantastic Dining Experience at Mughal Darbar! We had an amazing experience at Mughal Darbar! From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and inviting aroma set the tone for a great meal. We started with Mutton Bhuna and Chicken Garlic Tikka, both of which were flavorful and cooked to perfection. The mutton was tender and rich in spices, while the tikka had a perfect balance of garlic and smokiness. For the main course, we enjoyed Murgh Afghani, Dal Fry, and Jeera Rice. The Murgh Afghani was creamy and delicious, the Dal Fry was comforting and well-seasoned, and the Jeera Rice complemented both dishes perfectly. A special mention to Nilesh, who provided exceptional service. He was well-versed with the menu and gave us great recommendations, making our experience even better. The quality and quantity of the food were outstanding, making it truly worth every penny. We highly recommend Mughal Darbar and will definitely be returning soon!
