Staff really need training, especially in Constantia. Staff are back chatting after customer complaints, discussing customers in their native language and simply being rude. I don't think the staff at Mug n Bean Constantia understand Customer Service. I come here often but today they've made my visit very uncomfortable and unpleasant to say the least.
Dissapointed.

On 4th November 2019 I was saved from severe injury by a Mug and Bean employee at Johannesburg Airport. He pulled me physically away from the situation for which I hope his company will recognise and reward him. He acted swiftly and selflessly to help. We hugged and I left for home. Thank you again xx
