The quality of the cake has been the same since the day it was started! Love the level of customisation Mugcakes offer. Looking for any shop to give the customised cakes within 2 days, I would definitely say people to checkout Mugcakes.

Very disappointed with your service. I ordered 4 regular mug cakes and 1 jar. Not only did you delay my order for more than 4 hours, I got 4 mini mugs and 2 jars instead of what I ordered. I paid 1,100 for the order and 450 for the delivery. And the customer service was very unprofessional. You didn’t reply to my messages or phone calls at all. Didn’t expect this from a reputable team.

Never buy any products from them.. I bought a bomb cake
500gm for 2500.. got cheated n embarrassed in-front of
everyone .. the bomb never worked... they have no manners to
even address the issue
. rather they try to boost themselves
saying that they r women entrepreneurs ..
. Fraud, irresponsible
and cheaters .. do not buy anything from them. unclean
kitchen.. beware from these so called home bakers who are
trying to cheat taking adv of online sales
