I ordered a cake from Muffins at Express Hotel, Vadodara for my parents' anniversary, but to my disappointment, it came with a "Happy Birthday" tag instead. This was a special occasion, and such a mistake completely ruined the sentiment. When ordering a cake for an anniversary, I expect attention to detail, especially from a reputed place like this. The cake itself was fine in taste, but the lack of care in customization was frustrating. I hope they improve their quality control and double-check orders before sending them out.
