I do not recommend Mufeeda Hotel to anyone. I had a very bad experience at their Edappal and Chagramkulam branches. The tables are not cleaned properly after guests leave. Food waste is left on the tables for a long time, and these dirty tables are given to new guests, which is completely unhygienic. Wash room and basin area totally rubbish. The hospitality is also very poor. The North Indian staff give a bad welcome and speak in mixed Hindi and Malayalam, which is uncomfortable. We had to wait a long time just to get a Malayali waiter to take our order. Overall, this is a non-hygienic restaurant with poor service, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
