We ordered around 9:45 PM after being told they would soon stop taking orders, so we placed ours immediately. Despite that, the food took 45 minutes to arrive, and when it did, it was underwhelming. We were misguided by the waiter, we were told the noodles would have a little gravy, but what we got was completely dry. The dish wasn’t what we were led to expect. To make matters worse, we were asked to pay in the middle of our meal because the staff was closing the system and switching off lights while we were still eating—highly unprofessional. Surprisingly, this wasn’t a one-off. I had the exact same experience back in mid-October at Mucktoo. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE STAFF OR INTENTION TO SERVE PROPERLY NEAR CLOSING TIME, DON'T TAKE ORDERS. Making customers wait that long and serving them with indifference is just unacceptable. WE DIDN'T PAY ONE PENNY LESS. I honestly wish I could give ZERO STARS for this repeated, pathetic service.
