Sellers are very hospitable If there is anything to be said about complete hygiene while bringing water to the tongue, then this muah is it! puffy This initiative in the hands of a Bengali boy is quite admirable and it is suitable to show future direction to the unemployed children. If a business-minded Bengali is to return to the business path, he will have to do something new and something of his own like Sayam Roy Bhattacharya. Enjoy puchkas at a different avatar at Muah! Fuchka New Alipore Gone are those days when people used to have 10 puchkas from just 1 rupee at Kolkata. With time, innovations have penetrated in every aspect of our life be it fancy gadgets or fusion food. But the popularity of puchkas still remain the same. Here is a place in south kolkata serving over 30 variants of puchka along with the regular puchka and the dahi puchka. Will start off with the most interesting one, that being the cheese burst puchka. It has cream as its stuffing and grated cheese all over it. It looks much different than our regular puchka and tastes amazing. The softness of the cream inside balances the crispy outer layer of the puchka. Next off, the bullet puchka, which is a must for all the spice lovers. But beware its extremely spicy, as it has chilly paste as the stuffing and not potato. So the entire thing may not feel spicy immediately after you have it, but the kick from the chillies come after 2-3 minutes. Next comes the nawabi puchka , which has 3 types of sauces in it. You will get kasundi and mostly it will dominate all other flavours. The schzewan puchka had tons of schzewan sauce in it and it was spicy as well but not as spicy as the bullet puchka. What could have been improved is the the chocolate puchka, it wasn’t as good as it looked, It may look tempting but I didn’t like the flavour combination at all. May be they could have used chocolate shells instead of the normal ones to make it outstanding. There are other interesting stuffs like chats sandwiches , tea and other drinks that you can try out from this little place. Providing you with the menu and the prices below.
