I had the most wonderful experience at Mu Kimchi in Gangtok! The food was absolutely delicious, authentic, flavorful, and made with so much care. But what truly made the visit special were the incredible hosts, Pema and Kesang. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely lovely.
