thanks for your review mam , after paying so much thing did not reached safely which is degrading the name for sure. being partner with zomato we wish there is some replacing policy by them but not as the safe reaching of the product is the responsibility of zomato. majority of our negative reviews are because of poor handling , I wish there is some separate section for reviews of poor handling where shop name is not compromised but the riders which shapes clarity. we request you to order directly by calling on the shop contact number for guaranteed safe delivery .if it's withing our range we will deliver 100 percent safe product.
