Avoid this place if you value your time. I went through the effort of reserving a table, received a confirmation, and arrived only to be told—to my face—that they 'don't take reservations.' It is beyond insulting to provide a booking service and then treat customers like they’re lying or mistaken when they show up. The staff was dismissive and couldn’t care less that they had wasted our time. An absolute joke of an establishment that clearly has no idea how to run a business.Complete and utter chaos.If they can’t manage a simple calendar, I dread to think what’s going on in their kitchen. I recently visited Mr. Beans in Indore for a date. The place has a nice ambience, cozy and well-decorated, though there was a bit of moderate noise around. We ordered pasta, pizza, and a shake — the food was average in taste, not too good but not bad either. Overall, the ambience was really good, which made the experience pleasant.
