Worst shop experience I ever had, these people did not even know about customer service and satisfaction, their respect for customers is zero, even the shop owner is lethargic in the customer service and he is fully money minded. He is not focusing on customer value.This guy is not suitable for business. Our entire time and money will be wasted . Service: Takeaway Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I do not like complaining about things at all, but something definitely had to be said in this situation because if this level of service continues it is very difficult. Extremely poor customer service, if any mistakes happened in our order by their end, don't expect any resolution from them, because this is how they behave. They don't care about customers expectations and their response is disgusting. Try to serve the customers in good manner and clean up your act. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Thank you so much Mr.bakes. Celebrating my dad's 50th birthday in train....Visited at Google cake shop near virudhunagar...I saw a cake shop and called to mr.bakes cakes shop...I just asked a to deliver at the railway station in the platform 3...but the train is just waited at the station for 2 minutes...he delivered to my coach...thank you so much sir!!!
