Tourist here. I was there on shivaratri, so your experience may vary. Music was booming in the streets, and the mood was festive. The server seemed eager to practice his English and had a long conversation with me. He even helped me read the text messages my girlfriend was sending and asked what the words meant; and suggested a videocall. Food was good. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
