Today I visited this stall and ordered two vada pavs — one Grilled Paneer Vada Pav (₹60) and one Grilled Masala Vada Pav (₹40). I paid ₹100 online and asked them to pack the food for takeaway. However, when I reached home and checked the order, I found that they had given me two Masala Vada Pavs (worth ₹80 total) instead of what I actually ordered. The same thing happened to my friend as well — they ordered online and received Masala Vada Pavs instead of the Paneer one. When we confronted the restaurant, they said it was a mistake and promised to adjust the payment. However, no refund or compensation was ever given.
