The icecream itself is awesome... however I’m not happy about their services... I’ve ordered pure Alphonso icecream which was not available. So the guy called me asked for replacement. I replaced it with less expensive alternative and promised to send more icecream instead of refund . When I got it the quantity was very Less. Also I ordered charcoal icecream and received dark chocolate and no one bothered to inform that it’s not available. Charging premium and then not delivering on the service is not acceptable nowadays.

The flavours are one in a kind. They came for the Symbiosis fest and I loved the arrangement and the staff. They were extremely friendly and treated everyone with respect. I suggest Mr. Dumpu Delicious to all my friends in Pune. It is a must try
