How can a reputed shop be such careless on providing the food online.puffs are directly packed from the fridge. they didn't have time to make it hot and parcel it.worst experience!!!

We ordered atleast 6 items. 1 was unavailable after ordering. We chose 1 replacement as shown in Zomato app. Instead of sending all 6, shop has sent only the 1 replacement order and cancelled the other 5 without any call. Definitely not worth trusting when you need to.
