If you like Chinese cuisine, come to this restaurant. Food delivery is a big advantage of mowcheen. The high ratings of this place would be impossible without the friendly staff. The best Chinese I ever ate. Every Single Item has its unique test. I generally don’t give reviews, but the taste made me to write one. Never visited the restaurant, but a very regular customer in Zomato & Swiggy. Me & my wife got so much addicted to the test that we are not able to avoid even there is home made food available at home. Just One request to maintain the same quality as many in Balasore just forget the basics once become popular & then their downfall starts. Recommend Items (my Fav.): Veg Manchurian (both dry & gravy), Chicken Black Peeper, Shanghai Noodles, Garlic Veg Noodles, Hong Kong Noodles. Food: 5

The food was acceptable, neither great nor poor. The service, however, was inattentive and below average. The overall atmosphere was not welcoming. It was a takeaway order. It's difficult to tell if there's a dedicated vegetarian menu or clearly labeled dishes. I'd love more clarity for dietary restrictions . Parking details would also be helpful . Being located in a tier-3 city, if guests are charged premium rates but receive comparatively smaller servings, it might become a barrier to consistent growth — especially for a place as beautifully curated as Mowcheen.
