The quality at Mourya Biryani Point Guntur has gone down terribly. Earlier the taste used to be really good, but now it has become one of the worst food experiences for me. Whatever we order, they don’t send the correct item, and when we ask about it, they respond very harshly without any respect for customers. The taste is completely disappointing, nothing like before, and the service is extremely rude. They don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. I would not recommend anyone to eat here anymore.
