"Extremely disappointed with the service. We waited over 30 minutes just to place our order, and the staff seemed completely uninterested and inattentive. Even after repeatedly asking, no one addressed our concerns or brought water. The food might be average, but the experience was ruined by the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism.
