I recently tried the Mixed Fried Rice and Schezwan Fish here, and it was absolutely delicious! The fried rice was perfectly cooked with long-grain rice, lightly spiced, and loaded with fresh vegetables and prawns. The flavor was balanced and not too oily, making it very enjoyable. The Schezwan Fish was the real star – soft, juicy pieces of fish coated in a rich, tangy Schezwan sauce that had just the right amount of spice. It paired beautifully with the rice. oyster chicken was very good tastewise, I had a dish like this in a long time, however it was very oily and salty. if those were less, it would be a perfect dish
