The wrong item was delivered i have ordered mutton and got chicken and the curry is full of oil you cant even eat that worst purchase

We had a terrible experience. The staff outrightly refused to pack the leftover food saying that since we had booked a self service order at the restaurant and not a take away they’d not pack it for us. We had to pack our food ourselves. Never in my life any restaurant had behaved like this. The junior staff and even the manger Nitesh both were extremely rude. I don’t know if this is the original Moti Mahal Deluxe; all I know is that the service at the original outlet in Delhi is top class and amongst the best in the hospitality industry. I’m not visiting this restaurant ever again. PS: The Vaango outlet next door was hospitable enough to offer food packing for left over food. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
