If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The service was downright pathetic. I ordered a dish that clearly stated 800ml, but what I got was barely 600ml : shortchanging customers like this is nothing less than a scam. The taste was below average and didn’t justify the price either. Totally unacceptable. Moti Mahal, you’ve lost a customer. Charging 2200 and not even listening or considering the customer's complaint! Even zomato executive isn't even helping. Pathetic.

Its not the original butter chicken which they serve when ordered separately. Just because it's on discount they sent ordinary butter chicken. I can make better than this at my home. Pathetic strategy by moti mahal.

it's totally taste less food I order Missi roti on call and Kadai paneer thali but the Missi roti was totally waste for Me acording toh amount I pay 145 for 2 chapati but it's like atta with turmeric don't order food from this hotel
