I am extremely disappointed and shocked by my recent order from Moti Mahal. While eating the malai kofta, I found a sharp iron-like wire mixed in the food. It got stuck in my teeth, and upon removing it, I realized it appeared to be part of the scrub material used for cleaning utensils. This is a serious lapse in food safety and hygiene. Such negligence endangers customers’ health and life. If I had accidentally swallowed the metal piece, it could have caused severe internal injuries or life-threatening complications. This is completely unacceptable from a food outlet that customers trust for safety and quality. To make matters worse, Zomato provided no clear option to report foreign objects in food, nor is there any way to speak to a live agent regarding such a critical issue. This lack of support makes Zomato equally responsible for the unsafe experience I faced. I am requesting an immediate full refund for this order, as this incident directly jeopardized my health. After this experience, I will no longer be ordering from Moti Mahal, and I expect Zomato to take strict action against such dangerous negligence. Food: 2 Price per person: ₹400–600
