I had a wonderful experience at Mosaic Multi-Cuisine Restaurant in Sylcon. The ambiance was inviting, and the staff provided excellent service throughout. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. Each dish was well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Good ambience, good food and good service. To see the menu we can scan the QR code placed on the table and the staff also assist to take orders. I ordered an appetizer, starter and soup, and it was very good. Good seating arrangement. Lift access to restaurant. Ample space and a good atmosphere. Visited during Christmas and Santa welcomed us. There was a santa train for kids to engage. Overall a pretty good experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite the place being almost empty with many vacant seats, the service was extremely slow. It took a long time for our food to arrive. On a positive note, the welcome drink and snack served were a good gesture and quite enjoyable. However, the rest of the experience was far from satisfactory. The mayonnaise served with the alfaham was stale. When we informed the waiter, he took it away but never returned with an apology or a replacement. He didn’t even address the issue when he came back with the bill. We also ordered a coffee and a tea during our meal. The tea was served 10 minutes after we finished eating, and the coffee never arrived. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, we had to cancel the coffee.
