Food is good but Service is very poor. During breakfast staff come and take order but need continues followup. I asked three different persons to get the order. It took 15 min to get a paratha and third person told that its fresh and taking time. Team should have informed at the time of taking order that it may get delay. Same issue faced second day again followed up with three different persons to get the order. Better hotel staff not to take any oder form table as almost everything is avaible on self services. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

We had an amazing experience at our visit to Mosaic, Crowne Plaza, Greater Noida. We went here to celebrate my birthday and Mr. Jagdish left no stone unturned to make it special! The entire staff including Mr. Sachin was extremely courteous, polite and welcoming! The food was absolutely delicious and the birthday cake was truly special! 10/10 to Mr. Jagdish and his team! It was our first visit to this restaurant. Although food apps are promoting their buffet, but we opted for a la carte. We ordered soup and vegetarian lasagna. While soup was brilliant the lasagna was a complete disaster. Sauteed eggplant was overpowering every other thing in the lasagna. We tried to improve by adding condiments, but it didn't work. Probably the chef didn't have the idea of Italian flavours. We didn't proceed further in the menu. Since, we were taken care of in the finest way, another visit is on cards to check their buffet. Thanks Sohail for the great service.
While coming out of the Crowne Plaza, we also checked menu of another restaurant Chao Bella in the same hotel, and found it specialising in Italian and Chinese. A visit to the same is certainly on cards. Wait for its detailed review.
