I visited Moon and Mars Resort recently and ordered white sauce pasta. Shockingly, there was a fried flea filled with cheese inside the pasta. When I pointed it out, the staff rushed to take the plate away immediately. The server even admitted, “we put chemicals but still there are fleas.” Instead of taking responsibility, the manager and staff behaved unprofessionally. First, they refused to provide any replacement or even a simple coffee in place of the pasta. Then, they openly discussed us at the reception in a mocking way. When the main manager came, he dismissed the issue by asking if the pasta was “half finished,” as if that justifies serving unhygienic food. Despite serving contaminated food, they still included the pasta in the bill. When I questioned it, the manager’s response was rude and sarcastic — saying things like “get CCTV footage, and if you get food poisoning, I will stay happy.” This is not just bad service, it is a serious food safety issue. A customer should never be treated this way. Hygiene and respect are the basics any restaurant must follow, and sadly, both were missing here. I know management will likely reply with the usual “sorry for the inconvenience” response, but nothing can excuse serving unsafe food and then mocking the customer about it.

Pool Experience: Pool was well-maintained and enjoyable. The manager present at the pool was polite and treated us well. Entrance Experience: The security guard at the main gate behaved rudely and used inappropriate language. This was the first point of disappointment as the welcome experience matters. Manager's Response: I raised a complaint to a person (likely the supervisor or manager). He was respectful, heard me patiently, and tried to offer the best possible service. Buffet Experience: Meal options were very limited (though not complaining about the quality or quantity). The hospitality was poor—there was no one to assist or serve food. One of the food pots was extremely hot, and I accidentally burned my fingers—no staff around to help. Discriminatory Treatment: Noticed that guests who appeared wealthy were given extra attention and priority. This clearly showed that the treatment varies based on people’s status, which is highly unprofessional. Restaurant Guard Behavior: The restaurant guard inside was very polite and courteous. Final Thought: Overall, except for the pool, the experience was not good. I wouldn’t recommend this place to others and would personally think twice before visiting again. Service: 1
