In furtherance to my review, and the response of the owner. The excuse being given by the owner does not justify RUDE behaviour and the mistreatment of OLD people in poor health. Also we were served POORLY both inside and outside the restaurant, and my OLD parents had to SUFFER in the cold. No consideration or courtesy was even attempted. Instead the behaviour was RUDE. On top of it they got food poisoning from the food that they did eat. My mother is a heart patient and requires her medicines on time, hence we stopped there to eat. The waiters and manager were rude and inconsiderate, quality of service and food POOR. They kept my old mother of 80 years out in the cold and didn’t provide a wheelchair for her despite seeing her problems, and spoke very rudely to us. Food was bad too, the paneer was clearly not fresh. Service: 1

Hi Tarini ji, the only reason you were asked to stay out was because you insisted on getting a pet with you inside the restaurant. And as much as we'd love serving you we have a strict no pets policy inside the restaurant. Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you in the process

Good food and a wide variety available even in breakfast along with quick service. Perfect stop while traveling from Delhi to Haridwar or Dehradun etc. Service: 5

This place is one that could give competition to cheetal grand. The gardens are so well kept and excellent flowers all year round. Food quality has decreased with time. Tea is good but rest food is okay and not something which you will miss. Service: 5
