its good food experience from Charcoal Shack Restaurant in Ernakulam. We tried shawarma and Jamaican Charcol alfaham manthi. Good piece of chicken and rice also very tasty. The atmosphere and service is excellent. But only issue is seating availability. In ground floor seating facility is conjusted, but they have also first floor arrangements. But we reached after 1:15 pm so i think that time is problem . But they welcomed very politely and arrange seating in 15 minutes waiting period. That behavior is very much for us. Food is very tasty, lot of variety dishes in their menu. The restaurant is located nearby of Town Hall Metro station and near to Ernakulam Town Railway station.
