It was a good experience, it very crowded at times but there is good parking place for a restaurant. Mandi is good and tasty, staffs are also helpful and very friendly. I really liked their approach towards customers. only issue is very less dine in space so u have to wait for some time to get seats and maybe be dine with strangers if its too crowded. Definitely give it a try Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

For the past 1.5 years im a big fan of their jamaican alfham ( must try) and their mandhi rice is too good. they have special passion fruit sarabhath. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

My first visit to "Charcoal Shack Restaurant" was pleasantly surprised me with the delicious Alfaham Mandhi. The quality was excellent, and the sides like mayonnaise and salads were tasty and fresh. While the crowded interior and long waits during peak hours were a drawback and it is also affecting the service, the Mandhi itself was exceptional. Also the restaurant is situated nearby "Town Hall Metro Station" for those who want to locate this restaurant easily.
