I am a permanent resident of pathankot . I have been there only once to see something new in the city and my experience was pathetic . The food tastes horrible . We have ordered fresh lime . The same was tasted like dishwasher and the french fries was all burnt and when we asked to change them they give us the same fries after frying again . I would really request the owners to please improve the quality or otherwise shut it down . Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If there was an option for zero star, I would have given that. Worst service, poor management, awful customer service. They don’t even have any room for improvement. Reply to owner’s response- Damage has already been done. I attended a family get together recently, the management was poor, not even able to provide basic things like proper service spoons, seating arrangements, the party cake was not cut into pieces or distributed.
